| Q : Jason, please briefly tell us about you, your company, your products and services: |
| A : A Positive Revolution is an online & mobile personal development membership platform. Easiest way to explain is that people go to a gym to train their body and they come to us to train their brain. We offer digital self-directed training as well as virtual trainers to help our clients establish routines of positive thoughts, feelings and behaviors so that they may reach their goals more effectively and enjoy more happiness and wellbeing in their lives. | |
| Q : How did you select your designer for this project? |
| A: My virtual assistant, Teri, is thankfully a graphic designer as well. We commenced the brand design and business card design together under my direction. | |
| Q : Why did you go with the Heavy Silky Matte stock with Raised Ink? |
| A: I choose this technique in order to offer not just a business card but a sensory experience as well. Touch is a very important human sense and a powerful one at that. The feel of the raised ink instantly communicates that we are a multi dimensional brand with great depth. So far the raised ink has been the biggest positive feedback from our recipients. | Q : Please walk us through the design process of this project, how did you reach the final concept? |
| A: Once we had our samples drawn up I used Facebook polling to gather feedback and nurtured the business card design through continual improvement. | |
| Q : Any tips for our clients to consider when they are creating their business cards? |
| A: Using online communication for feedback was an awesome experience and my peers really enjoyed being able to contribute to the creation process. I would definitely promote the use of social media for gathering feedback as it provided invaluable perspectives to us during the design process. | |
| Q : How was your experience with MorningPrint? Did you experience any difficulties when using MorningPrint.com, or find anything to be inconvenient or inefficient? |
| A: MorningPrint have been fantastic. They facilitated how we would work together to produce a high quality deliverable and provided very sound advice in the design space. We even made a redesign of our brain damask print size based upon their feedback. Nina was our representative and she was stellar all the way through. I have since referred MorningPrint and will continue to do so. | |
