    I am a new customer here and I'm sorry to say, I'm not impressed with the communication between myself and the customer care representative. I should be able to have someone I can easily talk to to verify issues concerning my order. Waiting for 24 hours before emails or tickets can be replied is really time wasting and discouraging. Let's have someone customers can chat with via WhatsApp most especially to hadten the production time frame.
